Goal - Advance the environment & capabilities of the organization to ensure our mission is sustained.
Phase I: Plant I Remodel (Spring 2010 - Fall 2010)
- New Loading Dock
- Expand production & warehousing space
- New entrance for consumers
- Expand Print Services
Phase II: Plant 2 Renovation (Summer 2010 - Fall 2011)
- Relocate parking lot & rentention pond
- Increase square footage of plant from 56,000 square feet to 80,000 square feet - all under one roof!
Advancements:
- Positive impact for over 1500 individuals with disabilities & other life barriers who receive services through Opportunities, Inc. on an annual basis
- Ensure the agency remains one of the top employers in the community of Fort Atkinson
- Increase production flow & warehouse space which will provide additional projects/variety of work for consumers
- Preserve the integrity of the buildings
